How to stay up-to-date Innsbruck Tourismus offers an RSS service - here’s how
to use the service:
RSS - or Rich Site Summary - is an XML-based data management format for rapid
retrieval and continuous tracking of selected content on innsbruck.info/presse.
If you take advantage of our free RSS service you will be sent the latest press
releases together with a link to the whole article in an XML file. The big advantage
of RSS is that you are entirely free to configure the contents to your own requirements.
How do I use RSS? In order to be able to use RSS services you
need to enter the innsbruck.info RSS URLs (see below) into "newsreaders",
which is the name given to the appropriate tools which are available free of
charge online (see further below for a list of newsreaders). RSS is particularly
easy to use with the free browser Firefox which comes with the required technology.
RSS URLs These URLs have been set up specifically for the use of the
RSS service. You either need to enter these addresses in the newsreaders or
in the internet browser Firefox and you will then be sent all the current press
releases.
